Initial Concept & Introduction

This blog will hopefully include the best ideas of Libertarianism while bringing as much heat on the various governments concerned without alienating too many real Libertarians.

I considered several names before choosing A modest Proposal. Two other ideas were “The ON series” but a famous Greek philosopher beat me to that several thousand years ago. I then considered LMSIIUTC which stands for “Let me see If I Understand This Correctly.” But that was already taken too. So, In the hopes of maintaining the spirit of Mr. Swift's “Tongue in cheek” but still very discourteous style I hope to encourage debate on the various topics I will address.

I am, unfortunately, a relatively uneducated individual but I have tried, over the years, to improve myself.

The thoughts contained in this blog will be my own views on current topics. Some of them will likely be inflammatory to many. Some may actually find acceptance. Regardless it will be interesting.

I grew up in the US but returned to my home country in the late 90s.

I realize, that , as a foreigner, my opinions will be viewed with some concern but I believe that the logic of the positions will prevail through close scrutiny.
